MATERIALS: All our exterior materials are pressure treated; only the materials not exposed to the weather are untreated..

ROOF COLORS: We have four standard shingle colors – charcoal, weatherwood, dark brown, and light brown. Roof shingles are at least 20 year rated asphalt/fiberglass shingles.

OPTIONS: We have built many different buildings and can usually accommodate custom requests.

CRAFTSMANSHIP: Our buildings are built by Mennonite craftsmen who take pride in, and are known for, building a high quality product with high quality materials and workmanship.

MAINTENANCE: Graying of pressure treated wood is a natural occurrence. Water sealant can help to prevent this and keep your building looking new. Graying does not hurt the building, and some people like the way an aged building looks. If you choose to seal your building, remember that you get what you pay for when buying sealant. Oil based products perform best.

GUARANTEE: We guarantee our buildings to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  We do not place restrictions or time limits on our guarantee.  We ask only that you exercise common sense when requesting warranty repairs.  For instance, if a storm blows shingles off your roof, this is a no fault situation.  We will still help with the repair at a reasonable rate.  We use 20 year rated shingles and 40 year rated siding.  If a roof needs to be replaced after 17 years, that would be considered normal wear and tear.  If, however, something happens to your building that seems unreasonable, we will gladly honor our guarantee.

DELIVERY AND LEVELING: This service is included in the price.  We level the buildings using ground-contact rated pressure treated wood.  We will gladly use concrete blocks if the customer provides them.  In-stock buildings can usually be delivered in a week or less.  Orders may take two-to-three weeks. Damage to buildings, equipment and lawns are possibilities when delivering in wet conditions.  We reserve the right to postpone delivery when the ground is wet.  Fences, tree limbs, and low power lines are your responsibility although we may be able to help – please ask.  Building permits, if needed, are also your responsibility.
